Overview introduction:

Clayton has been with Stefano’s Landscaping since 2023 and within the landscaping industry for 16 years.  With those years of experience, I enjoy adding an expert approach to the commercial maintenance services-I-Provide high quality expectations when working with clients.

What I like most about working at Stefano’s:

What I enjoy most about working at Stefano’s is the team morale. Starting from ownership , managers, supervisors, foreman, and laborers, we are all a team and support each other when we need it. Most days everyone is in a great mood and I get to do something I truly enjoy with little to no stress ( heck I even get paid for it )

Favorite type of landscaping or construction project to work on?

I enjoy enhancing a business’s work space. Some people are lucky enough to have outdoor space . With today’s fast-paced daily tasks, I think it is important to literally stop and smell the roses. When I get the opportunity to work at a work place and enhance their property I enjoy seeing people get to be outside even if it’s for a short break. I  would love to sell more outdoor work space or gardens for lunch breaks.

What I see in the years ahead for the industry and Stefano’s:

I see us at Stefano’s helping the next generation by teaching and coaching young adults out of college who want  a career not a summer job. We will continue to grow as a company and be able to focus on the value our customers deserve all at the same time of giving back to our community and helping the next generation learn and inherit our quality, and professionalism.

Favorite things to do outside of work:

I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 children. When I have free time I enjoy cleaning my pool, and doing home projects. In particular I love gardening and weeding , as I find it therapeutic.

Professional or volunteer associations I’m part of:

Every year I try to find an association to help do community service work for. I find it very important to give back. This year I will be helping Bridgewell work in a  community  farm,  along with 10 co-workers and ownership  to join me.
