Jenn has been with Stefano’s Landscaping for over ten years, during which she has built lasting relationships with clients and helped them improve & maintain outdoor spaces they can truly be proud of. As the Maintenance Operations Manager, she oversees the landscape maintenance crews and daily operations, ensuring every yard they care for meets the company’s high standards of quality and detail. Jenn deeply appreciates the hard work and dedication of the field crews and supervisors—they are the backbone of the company, and their commitment is key to making everything happen in the field.

What Jenn enjoys most about her role is working closely with customers to bring out the best in their properties, season after season. At Stefano’s she has had the privilege of working with many of the same customers year after year and these long term relationships are the highlight of her job. Jenn takes pride in the company’s reputation for reliability and professionalism.

Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time outdoors with her daughter, whether they’re exploring new trails, heading to the park or simply soaking in the beauty of nature together.
