About This Project
With 269 units, this condo community covers an expansive area, serving the needs of many families seeking the hassle-free lifestyle that comes with condo living. The residents wanted top quality winter maintenance,and they brought us on to take over the snow and ice removal contract from another provider that was not meeting the needs of the homeowners association (HOA).
After keeping the property to the HOA’s, and our own, high standards throughout a particularly tough winter, we were asked to continue through the remainder of the year as their lawn, shrub and irrigation services provider. Multiple seasons later, we continue to provide these, and other services to keep up the presentation and outdoor enjoyment of the community. In addition to full-service lawn and shrub care, we provide full-service irrigation support, including seasonal start-ups and shut-downs as well as all in-season maintenance and repair.
After experience with our team of experts, the community also contracted with us for several masonry and hardscape projects for the association, including a large retaining wall along the abutting wetland conservation area as well as assessing, identifying and repouring failing concrete walkways throughout the complex.
