About This Project
A regional bank had acquired a former fast food restaurant as the location for its newest branch. In addition to the work needed on the structure itself, the entire parking lot and landscape were in disrepair and not at all representative of the image the company wanted to project to its customers.
Our team came in to completely strip out and replace the entire parking lot, setting up new grades and installing the asphalt as well as all new granite curbing. Fresh lines and directional painting were added and we even installed safety bollards in the drive-thru lanes. Next, we turned our attention to installing new concrete walkways, new sod and new landscape beds with a new irrigation system put in place to keep the newly installed turf and plantings looking their best.
The final result? An instant boost to the curb appeal of the building and a first impression with customers of which the company could be proud.
