About This Project
As part of a long-term renovation plan, the Bellevue Golf Club contacted Stefano’s Landscaping for a quote to complete extensive work on multiple patio and landscape areas spanning multiple areas of their property. While this was a very straightforward project, the timeline was critical. All work be completed in the offseason so as not to limit access to the golf, tennis and swim facilities upon which the members relied. With this in mind, the Stefano’s team proposed a tight project timeline that utilized the very ends of the offseason to maximize what was left of the warm weather while still minimizing disruption for the club’s members.
The team prioritized work on areas that members would want access to as soon as the weather allowed, including a new clubhouse patio, tennis court patio and a patio parking area for golf carts. The Pro shop also received some upgrades, including a new, 4,100 square foot patio and new concrete pad at its entrance plus granite treads and stone face added to the multiple stairways surrounding it. The nearby men’s locker room also received a new concrete slab and stairs, plus the installation of improved drainage to the area.
Multiple walkways, including the front entrance walkway, received upgrades such as cobblestone borders with veneer and granite caps being added to multiple walls and stairways around the property. Other additions included a new 275-square foot walkway to the parking lot, a bocce ball court and the installation of a transformer and landscaping lighting throughout the property.
The final project restored the external beauty of the club, improved safety and accessibility, and was well received by its members. Best of all, the project was completed on time and on budget, making for one happy customer and some very happy golfers.
