About This Project

The finished project—now called The Courtyard Lounge—is a sophisticated outdoor living space that blends modern design with practical functionality. The sleek patio serves as the hub of activity, transitioning effortlessly between daytime cookouts and evening hangouts around the fire. The pergola adds architectural interest while subtly defining zones without closing off the yard. The outdoor kitchen makes hosting easy, while the fire pit provides warmth and atmosphere. Thoughtfully chosen plantings add color and texture, while irrigation and new sod ensure the yard remains vibrant and low-maintenance. What was once an ordinary backyard is now a fully integrated outdoor extension of the home—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and making memories year-round.

We had a wonderful experience with Stefano's. From our initial meeting with Pat Roche, our project manager to completion-we could not be more pleased. The crews that came to our home, were hard-working, diligent, courteous and tidied up at the end of the day. They were here every day during the most intense periods of the project. Pat was very helpful by communicating what/when we could expect specific parts of the project, as well as impacts for us. Pat brought amazing vision and insight to the project that we only had some loose ideas about, that changed/evolved as we learned more. Pat was knowledgeable about design and products/materials/plants that we needed. When changes came up, he always had a host of options to solve an issue or concern. Pat also has very good relationships with other subcontractors, and we did not wait for those teams to come to our home-thus avoiding delays.
