About This Project

This commercial project in Waltham MA, showcased our ability to execute complex landscape construction within the framework of a larger development—on time, on budget, and in full coordination with a construction management company.

From the beginning, the project had a well-defined plan that included excavation, a custom flagstone patio, fire pit, and full landscaping. Our role was to integrate seamlessly into the broader construction schedule, ensuring our scope aligned with the progress of other trades on site.

Working with the construction management team was key. Through clear communication, detailed planning, and flexibility in the field, we were able to navigate site access limitations, adjust to scheduling demands, and deliver our portion of the work without delays or cost overruns.

This project is a strong example of how we operate in commercial settings—bringing skilled execution, problem-solving, and a team-first approach that supports the success of the overall build.

Stefano’s has been taking care of the landscaping and snow removal needs of our large (269 unit) condominium and townhouse property for many years. Visitors always comment on our beautifully maintained lawns, trees and shrubs. In the winter, the Stefano’s crew keeps our roads, parking lots and sidewalks free of snow and ice starting with pretreatments before a storm and continuing service throughout. We have also used Stefano’s for hardscape projects such as retaining walls, and sidewalk repairs. Their employees are polite, friendly and skilled at their jobs. The finished product exceeded any of our expectations

Could not give 10 stars since google limits it to 5 but they deserve it. From the moment they stepped foot on our property we knew they were the right company for our project. Stefano's is an all in one company, alleviating the need to line up numerous contractors that is usually required with a backyard pool project. Start to finish any aspect of design, installation, and follow up was tremendous. The finished product exceeded any of our expectations and created an outdoor space we can be proud to call our own.
